Procurement Systems Analyst

Description: Osborne Richardson are delighted to be assisting a key QLD State Government entity with a Procurement Systems Analyst vacancy. In this fantastic 12 month role, you will be ideally based in Brisbane CBD and fine yourself within a progressive, positive and hard-working team.

As the Procurement Systems Analyst, you will be accountable for providing subject matter expertise in relation to the Procure to Pay Solutions. This includes the maintenance and improvement of processes, data and systems. A key aspect of this role will be the responsibility for optimising procurement solutions to ensure automation is maximised and processes are in place to provide a contemporary and easy to use end-user experience for employees and suppliers. In addition, the role will be accountable for the system administration of Open Window and provision of support to Procurement Managers and Business areas to establish the contract requirements into procurement solution. Support will include setting up all-new contracts; training end-users; eliciting future business requirements and liaising with delivery partners to ensure the successful delivery of enhancements (including design input, testing and implementation support).

In order to get yourself to the front of the queue, we are very keen to chat to anyone who sees themselves as strongly aligned to the following key skills and experience:

1. Degree level qualification in procurement, business, IT or related discipline preferred
2. Experienced technical practitioner able to work unsupervised in procurement system solutions such as Open Windows, ProMaster, Ellipse, Power BI Reporting. This includes understanding solution architecture and integration requirements between various enterprise systems.
3. Experienced technical practitioner able to work unsupervised in project delivery methodologies and systems. Experience in Agile Sprint methodologies, Jira and confluence solutions, and ALM is highly desirable.
4. General experience of coordinating the work of others
