Senior Change & Communications Manager

Salary: $950/day Plus super Location: NSW - Sydney Ref: Snr Chg & Comms Mgr
Description: Public sector specialists Osborne Richardson are partnering with NSW State Government to bring another exciting opportunity to market.

Australia's largest provider of public education is seeking the services of an enxperienced Senior Change & Communications Manager on a full-time contract of 6-months with the possibility of extension.

Based in Parramatta Sydney with a hybrid work arrangement, the successful candidate will take part in the organisations reform of well-being services.

Working with the Director and Program Manager, you will be responsible in devolping a robust and holistic change management plan and supporting communication and risk management plans to ensure the readiness across all areas of the organisation.

Key accountabilities will include but are not limited to:

Conducting change impact assessments
Creating and implementing change management plans
Developing an effective engagement and communication plan
Developing and implementing integrated communication activities, delivery plans and communications collateral across key departmental priority areas 
Providing strategic advice around messaging, narrative, engagement and communication strategy grounded in evidence and data and responsive in real time performance analytics
Leading the development of high quality, relevant and audience-focused written content

To be considered you will have:

Tertiary level qualifications in a relevant discipline (Communications, Journalism, Business Management, Project Management etc) or equivalent experience
5+ years' experience in change management and organisational communication and a proven track record of developing and implementing human services or business transformation change projects with a holistic approach
High level stakeholder engagement and consultation skills, including senior stakeholder engagement and coaching skills
Exceptional communication planning and delivery skills and experience, both written and verbal, with a collaborative approach to engage key stakeholders and business divisions to support their change journey

Successful candidates will also need to complete a National Police Check, be able to provide certification of double vaccinations and be able to obtain a Working with Childrens Check.
