Salary: $800/day Plus Super Location: VIC - Melbourne Ref: OB/0351
Description: • Initial 8 month contract

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with core BA skills as well as technical experience to support delivery of key initiatives for a large transformational program of work.

Business Analyst - CRM:
• Document current operational, process and system painpoints and legislative constraints.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate these into system design requirements.
• Model and document future state business processes with required improvements to customer experience, process and technology aligned to the CRM Business Case and CX strategy.
• Provide key inputs into development of a business case
• Document functional and non-functional requirements as part of a tender document to be distributed to market vendors for a new CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with the Project Manager, Program Manager, Change team, CX team and technical delivery vendors to communicate business and technical requirements and assure requirements traceability
• Translating business requirements into technical stories and acceptance criteria
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including coordinating resources, preparing artefacts e.g. Test Strategy, Test Scripts, Defect Management, and user sign-off
• Work with IT and project stakeholders to develop and document a future support model to ensure new CRM platform has ongoing support for the product lifecycle
