Our state government client is seeking a Senior Technical Lead/Developer (Pega) to drive innovation and lead the development of the Digital Case File (DCF) program within the Supreme Court Civil jurisdiction. This role focuses on the end-to-end digitisation of case files, integrating cutting-edge technology to deliver modern, efficient solutions.

About the Role

As a Senior Technical Lead/Developer (Pega), you will be at the forefront of transforming the justice system through innovative digital solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement Pega-based software, ensuring the highest standards in quality and performance. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing access to justice, creating a safer, more inclusive community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and testing of Pega software solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and SMEs to validate functional requirements.
• Develop scalable, high-quality code aligned with best practices and cyber security standards.
• Build responsive, accessible user interfaces for web, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues through debugging and root cause analysis.
• Conduct code reviews, performance optimisations, and ensure compliance with Pega Guardrails.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in Pega development, including Pega Platform 7x, 8x, and 2023 features.
• Expertise in Pega Rules, Portals, Web Embed, and integrations with REST-based services.
• Strong understanding of Pega architecture, SQL databases, and front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality technical solutions.
