HR Systems Coordinator – Food Manufacturing

Description: An interesting and busy position has been created for an experienced HR systems specialist to review and improve HR systems and processes.

• Permanent full time role
• Role based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast
• Kronos experience is mandatory

Due to growth, a newly created a position is available for an experienced HR systems professional to review current HR systems, design, implement and maintain new policies and processes. We are seeking specific experience with Kronos which is mandatory for this position. This company is experiencing high levels of growth and plans are in place to expand operations both nationally and internationally. The company process meat and add value to products which are then sold to various retailers, food service and wholesale markets throughout the country. This position will be split between the head office at the Sunshine coast and the processing site base approximately 45 minutes away. Initially, there will be travel to site to familiarize yourself with the plant. After this period (approx. six months), minimal travel to site will be required for the roll out of the projects.

Typical tasks for this role include:

• Analysis of current systems and processes and suggest changes to management
• Liaise with major internal and external stakeholders
• Develop technical solutions via Kronos
• Ensure all business processes are documented and mapped
• Ensure budgets, timelines, resources and documentation is all on track with each project
• Deliver data scheduling, testing, implementation and provide training to all staff
• Drive operational efficiencies
• Systems maintenance
• Reporting to senior management
• Other duties as required

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements.

• Strong experience and knowledge of HR systems and processes
• Related qualifications in human resources
• Previous experience with Kronos software
• Previous experience with HR projects
• FMCG / manufacturing experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
