This particular agency is a self-funded state government statutory authority that provides information and support, dispute resolution, investigation services.

About the Position

Customer Experience Officer’s provide information and support to customers regarding legislation and bond administration matters in a multi-channel environment. This position is a blended role of both manual data entry as well as call centre operations. The Customer Experience Officer is responsible for providing information and other relevant legislation administered by the agency in order to support it's customers.
This position is KPI driven, with a large focus on the quality of their performance and service. While this position is a blended role of responsibilities, the current focus is call centre operations during the peak period and continued service improvement.

About you:-

You will have experience with high-volume call centre work.
The successful candidates will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong and positive working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
You must have a positive attitude and a strong drive for performance.
You must have the ability to work under pressure with multiple competing deadlines and the ability to work within tight timeframes in a high KPI driven environment.
You should be highly organised and a team player.

There are currently 6 vacancies available for a period of up to 3 months. It is highly likely that these contracts will be extended.

Successful candidates will be expected to work between 8:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday. No overtime or weekend work is required. Successful candidates will receive approximately 5-6 days of onsite training.

The successful candidates must be available to start on Monday 28 September 2020.
