Real-World Experience: Oliver Boult who heads up our Technology delivery team, has hands-on experience in the technology field. He spent over 20 years running complex projects across the public and private sector as a Program and Project manager prior to joining Osborne Richardson 5 years ago.  Oliver only submits candidates to roles that he would personally hire if he was running his own project team.

In addtion to this, Chris Sawyer our strategic growth and partnerships manager has over 25 years experience specialising in Talent Acquisition within the technology sector.  Prior to joining OR in 2023, Chris spent the majority of his career within the banking industry, working with large well known corporate companies such as Barclays Bank, Deutsche Bank, City Bank and Korn Ferry.  Chris has worked both in house and externally for key suppliers so is a strong position to assist with talent strategy and consultation.
