Our client is an Agribusiness based west of Toowoomba who are currently seeking a Production Manager for a new role providing leadership, facilitate with achieving budgetary goals and drive continuous improvement programs. This opportunity will see you hone your leadership skills while really proving your skills as a manufacturing professional.

In this role you will:
• Provide leadership, coordination, and support to processing teams
• Oversee production goals in accordance with quality and safety procedures
• Monitor team member productivity and efficiency
• Ensure all hygiene and safety standards are adhered to
• Oversee and maintain stock levels
• Assist with any site-based recruitment and training needs
• Review and implement effective processes and SOPs
• Identify and develop team members for future growth opportunities
• Actively seek improvement across yield, waste reduction and process efficiencies

To be successful in the role you will require:
• Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and leadership within a food, processing or FMCG manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical understanding and aptitude
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Advanced computer literacy and record keeping skills
• Ability to effectively lead a successful team
