A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a Retail and Corporate Sales Supervisor. Our client is a Brisbane based niche food manufacturer. Due to continued success they are looking for someone with strong business acumen and leadership skills to join their small but passionate team. If you are looking to join a company which prides itself in the quality of its products then this is the opportunity for you. This role will involve:
• The hiring and training of staff, including rostering responsibilities
• Developing and implementing service standards and retail procedures
• Managing financial objectives
• Setting and overseeing KPI standards
• Retail shifts and visual merchandising at all locations
• Implementation of supplied marketing strategies
• Supervising the flagship store
• Overseeing administration of Online store and organisation of pop-up stores
• Inventory control and sound product knowledge
Key stills required:
• Qualification in business or related discipline
• Strong leadership and delegation skills
• Organisational and time-management skills
• Experience and skills across IT software and POS systems
• The ability to write comprehensive and coherent processes and procedures
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, including complaint management
• Retail supervision experience
