Key Responsibilities:

Undertake research, analysis, evaluation and provision of advice to support and align with the implementation of the Educational Technologies ISO 27001 project objectives.
Design, develop, deliver engaging training programs and associated learning support materials to support staff in understanding new processes, system role changes, and ISO 27001 compliance requirements.
Facilitate workshops and hands-on sessions to ensure staff can confidently adopt updated processes and system roles.
Engage, assist, and consult with the Educational Technologies team and the ISO project team to ensure training content and delivery is in line with business needs, and change activities.
Contribute to the analysis and documenting of business process, system changes and business user impacts in collaboration with subject matter experts.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, gathering feedback and recommending improvements to support continuous compliance.

Experience:

Knowledge of ISO 27001 requirements and ability to translate them into practical process and system processes.
Analytical and documentation skills, including mapping current processes, defining future state, and producing clear business requirements for an Archiving Strategy.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication, demonstrated through workshops, requirements gathering, and clear reporting.
Impact analysis and problem-solving, ensuring proposed changes meet compliance, security, and operational needs.
Attention to detail and governance, particularly in aligning access controls and maintaining audit-ready documentation as part of a data retention and disposal strategy.

About the role:

As the Educational Technologies ISO Project Trainer, you will:

About the role:

The primary focus of the position is the integration of Council’s CRM and data systems to support an upcoming contract. This initiative will involve close collaboration with both the vendor and key internal stakeholders to ensure that software solutions are closely aligned with Council’s business needs and that seamless integration is achieved across all core corporate systems. The position will also have exposure to other exciting new projects that support other Council services.

Key Responsibilities:

The design and maintenance of the technical integration between Council's key business systems
Maximise the use of Council's Corporate Systems.
Provide third (3rd) Level support for Council's Corporate Systems.
Clearly and concisely relate technical problems to all customers and service providers at the appropriate level of complexity.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to determine, document and prioritise their requirements using structured processes.
Manage projects and work in a multi-skilled, multi-tasking environment to meet agreed organisational priorities and deadlines.
Ability to act as the single point of escalation for Waste System related issues with the Vendor.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in service delivery.
Support the other functions of the IT Team as required including but not limited to the completion of helpdesk and support requests.
Additional duties as required within the limits of the employee's skill, competence and training

Experience:

Information Technology related degree, relevant technology certification, and/or relevant industry experience.
Previous experience in providing quality customer service with the ability to relay technical information to a range of internal customers and external vendors.
Ability to undertake planning which may be complex and involve working groups.
Minimum five 7 years’ experience in a similar role.
Significant experience in Salesforce development.
Desirable - Experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
Experience with using API’s for sharing information between dissimilar systems.

About the Role

Reporting to the Group Manager – Quality Assurance, you will lead the site’s quality and food safety function across two shifts (day and night). You will also have:

Two Direct Reports (QA Supervisors)
A broader team of QA staff operating across day and night shift
Responsibility for maintaining and improving all site quality systems, auditing, compliance, and customer requirements
Oversight of a beef-only processing operation
A full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday overtime when production requires

Key Requirements

Demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance within food manufacturing
Strong understanding of BRC, HACCP, regulatory standards, and export compliance
Leadership experience managing QA teams or supervisors
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Meat industry or primary processing experience (highly regarded)

As they continue to strengthen their international operations, they are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Export Documentation Officer to support their export logistics function.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and manage sales and purchase contracts for export customers and suppliers.
Prepare and issue shipping instructions, including draft and original Bills of Lading.
Lodge export-related applications and documentation such as:

RFP (Request for Permit)
EDN (Export Declaration Number)
PRA (Pre-Receival Advice)

Coordinate and compile all required export documentation, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, health certificates, certificates of origin, and government documentation.
Ensure all documentation complies with DAFF, customs, and international regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping for all export shipments.

Logistics Coordination

Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, cold stores, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth export movements.
Assist with tracking shipments and resolving any discrepancies or documentation issues.
Communicate timelines, changes, and requirements to relevant stakeholders.
General Office & Administrative Support
Provide administrative and clerical support to the export and operations teams.
Assist with data entry, reporting, and updating internal systems.
Undertake general office duties as required to support the smooth running of daily operations.

Skills & Experience
Essential

Previous experience in export documentation, logistics, or supply chain administration (protein export experience highly regarded).
Strong understanding of Australian export processes and documentation requirements.
High attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.

Desirable

About the role:

The Privacy Team provides high level privacy advice to corporate and regional business units, as well as schools regarding the department’s statutory privacy compliance obligations. The team also provides routine privacy advice regarding risk, and mitigation strategies particularly relating to corporate and enterprise products, and assesses policy, procedure, processes, initiatives and projects as required in consultation with various other compliance activities within the department.
