Reliability and Projects Engineer – Food Manufacturing (Brisbane)

We’re partnering with a leading Australian snack food manufacturer known for innovation, growth, and strong operational excellence.

Based in Brisbane, this role combines reliability engineering and project delivery, driving higher uptime, safer operations, and cost-efficient maintenance outcomes.

You’ll lead FMEA, RCA, and condition monitoring programs, build robust maintenance strategies, and manage CAPEX projects (50k–2M) from scoping through to commissioning.

Working closely with Operations, Maintenance, QA, and EHS, you’ll ensure every project improves capacity, reliability, and safety performance.

About You:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• 5+ years’ experience in FMCG food or beverage manufacturing
• Proven results in reliability, TPM, and project engineering
• Hands-on experience with CMMS (ideally D365) and strong data discipline
• Confident in contractor management, commissioning, and compliance
