About Spoon Patisserie:  Established in 2006, Spoon Patisserie is a business renowned for its quality, innovation, and reliability.  Based out of their Eagle Farm facility, they supply an extensive range of artisanal sweet products to cafés, restaurants, hotels, and distributors throughout the foodservice and hospitality sector.

About the Role:  Spoon Patisserie are seeking an energetic and commercially savvy Sales Executive to manage and grow key customer relationships while identifying new opportunities within the café, restaurant, hotel, and foodservice channels.

This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role ideal for someone who thrives on being out in the market, engaging with customers, and promoting a premium product range.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing B2B customer accounts across foodservice and hospitality
• Identify and convert new business opportunities
• Conduct client visits, tastings, and presentations to showcase Spoon’s products
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery and service
• Monitor competitor activity and emerging market trends
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and account summaries
• Represent Spoon Patisserie at trade shows and customer events

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or foodservice sales
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A passion for food and understanding of the café/hospitality landscape
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage accounts
• Self-motivated, organised, and confident working both independently and within a small team
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally and domestically
