An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced General Manager to lead a large, high-performing food manufacturing site based in Brisbane.
  
Reporting to the Operations Director, this pivotal role will oversee all aspects of site performance, including production, quality, logistics, engineering, safety, and people & culture.
  
The successful candidate will be an engaging and strategic leader with a proven track record in driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and team capability across a complex manufacturing environment.
  
We’re seeking someone who:

• Has extensive senior operations leadership experience within large-scale FMCG or manufacturing
• Is commercially astute, people-focused, and passionate about operational performance
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys leading large teams
