About the role:

As the Educational Technologies ISO Project Trainer, you will:
  • Analyse, plan, develop, deliver and evaluate training related to the learning management system and other educational technologies through virtual and face-to-face sessions.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure training and development programs, continuously improve the skills and knowledge of staff to confidently adopt system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, deliver engaging training programs and associated learning support materials to support staff in understanding new processes, system role changes, and ISO 27001 compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and hands-on sessions to ensure staff can confidently adopt updated processes and system roles.
  • Engage, assist, and consult with the Educational Technologies team and the ISO project team to ensure training content and delivery is in line with business needs, and change activities.
  • Contribute to the analysis and documenting of business process, system changes and business user impacts in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, gathering feedback and recommending improvements to support continuous compliance.
  • Contribute to the success of transformation and cultural change through promoting and modelling the values of Safety First, Working Together, Focusing on our Customer, Taking Responsibility and Showing Initiative.
Experience:
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs, tailored to diverse audiences and learning styles.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex process and system changes in simple terms.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 principles and organisational security requirements, demonstrated through accurate and relevant training content.
  • Collaboration and stakeholder engagement, working effectively with technical and business teams to ensure alignment.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, shown through feedback analysis and refinement of training approaches.
