The primary focus of the position is the integration of Council’s CRM and data systems to support an upcoming contract. This initiative will involve close collaboration with both the vendor and key internal stakeholders to ensure that software solutions are closely aligned with Council’s business needs and that seamless integration is achieved across all core corporate systems. The position will also have exposure to other exciting new projects that support other Council services.

Key Responsibilities:
- The design and maintenance of the technical integration between Council's key business systems
- Maximise the use of Council's Corporate Systems.
- Provide third (3rd) Level support for Council's Corporate Systems.
- Clearly and concisely relate technical problems to all customers and service providers at the appropriate level of complexity.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to determine, document and prioritise their requirements using structured processes.
- Manage projects and work in a multi-skilled, multi-tasking environment to meet agreed organisational priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to act as the single point of escalation for Waste System related issues with the Vendor.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Support the other functions of the IT Team as required including but not limited to the completion of helpdesk and support requests.
- Additional duties as required within the limits of the employee's skill, competence and training
- Information Technology related degree, relevant technology certification, and/or relevant industry experience.
- Previous experience in providing quality customer service with the ability to relay technical information to a range of internal customers and external vendors.
- Ability to undertake planning which may be complex and involve working groups.
- Minimum five 7 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Significant experience in Salesforce development.
- Desirable - Experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
- Experience with using API’s for sharing information between dissimilar systems.
