Description:
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced NPD Project Manager to join a well-established food manufacturing business based in Sydney.

This role plays a key part in managing projects across both retail and QSR channels, delivering new products from concept through to launch, and ensuring all technical and go-to-market activities are executed to a high standard.

This position will suit a highly organised, commercially minded project professional who enjoys working cross-functionally and thrives in fast-paced FMCG environments.

�� The Role
  • End-to-end project management of NPD initiatives from concept to commercialisation
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Brand, Sales, Finance and Production to ensure aligned project delivery
  • Manage external suppliers through briefing, concept development and execution stages
  • Lead project meetings, track milestones and ensure delivery against timelines
  • Support Sales and Marketing with customer presentations and implementation activity
  • Prepare project presentations, documentation and weekly status reporting
  • Ensure all projects are scoped and gate-ready for approval processes
  • Contribute to innovation pipelines and continuous improvement of systems and ways of working
  • Support innovation activities, stakeholder engagement and site visits as required
  • Promote strong safety, quality and compliance culture across all activities
About You
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (Business, Marketing, Food, Engineering or similar)
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in project management, ideally delivering complex projects
  • Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG environments highly regarded
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
  • Excellent time management, organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident presenting and supporting customer-facing activity
  • Strong computer skills across Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
  • High initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
