Description:

This role is responsible for driving timely, high-quality delivery of systems and solutions using agile practices. You will be instrumental in enabling iterative business outcomes, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring a strong focus on client needs, continuous improvement, and innovative delivery.
Responsilities:
- 6 month contract
- $685/day + Super
- 36.25 hour week

This role is responsible for driving timely, high-quality delivery of systems and solutions using agile practices. You will be instrumental in enabling iterative business outcomes, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring a strong focus on client needs, continuous improvement, and innovative delivery.
Responsilities:
- Manage scope and delivery of business and system initiatives using agile practices and ceremonies, lead the end-to-end initiative lifecycle, and drive delivery timeframes in collaboration with team members and key stakeholders.
- Lead the full initiative lifecycle and the software delivery lifecycle ensuring best practice methodologies, documentation, and timely exchange of information between stakeholders and team.
- Proactively manage and track initiatives including activity allocation, assumptions, dependencies, risks, issues, and benefit realisation.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, lead and participate in cross functional teams, collaborate closely with the technical team and facilitate positive communication.
- Lead and implement effective initiative management, timely reporting, sound governance and organisational change, to encourage positive and effective acceptance of initiatives.
- High level organisational skills, ability to deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment including a collaborative, autonomous, flexible, and agile working style.
- High level relationship management and influencing skills, ability to promote collaborative environments and inspire and motivate teams towards success.
- Proven experience in leading a successful cross functional delivery team achieving timely and quality business solutions in a rapid development test and learn model.
- Demonstrated personal accountability, self-reflection, seeking feedback and modifying approach to enhance own effectiveness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to adapt complex content to various audiences.
- Demonstrated experience with technical & system artefacts, cyber security concepts, data governance and information privacy
