About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will take ownership of a key territory across NSW, driving sales growth through both existing relationships and new business development.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will work closely with food manufacturers, processors, and industry stakeholders to deliver tailored equipment solutions that improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing customer base across your territory
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within food manufacturing
- Promote a broad portfolio of equipment, products, and services
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Provide technical guidance and product recommendations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Proven experience in technical or industrial sales
- Exposure to food manufacturing, processing, or related industries highly regarded
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own territory
- Highly organised with strong planning and reporting capability
- Sydney-based role with territory ownership
