Are you a commercially driven sales professional with experience in food manufacturing or industrial equipment? 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing business supplying specialist equipment and solutions to the food processing industry.

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will take ownership of a key territory across NSW, driving sales growth through both existing relationships and new business development.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will work closely with food manufacturers, processors, and industry stakeholders to deliver tailored equipment solutions that improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an existing customer base across your territory
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within food manufacturing
  • Promote a broad portfolio of equipment, products, and services
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Provide technical guidance and product recommendations
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
About You
  • Proven experience in technical or industrial sales
  • Exposure to food manufacturing, processing, or related industries highly regarded
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to close deals
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own territory
  • Highly organised with strong planning and reporting capability
