Our Food Manufacturing division was born in 2013, when Nick Shaw set up OR Australia, the intention was to continue down the path of being public sector specialists, however it quickly became apparent joining government panels and becoming suppliers to local and state government was going to take some time.

Nick had also had a number of contacts in the Food Manufacturing industry so whilst the governement side was building ( it took over 3 years from 2013 - 2016 to establish our government arm) he decided to solely focus on Food Manufacturing. From day one we were an instant success, first placing with Lite n Easy, OSI (TUROSI) and then Nutradry things quickly mushroomed from there and OR Food Manufacturing was born!

Since then we have placed with over 150 Food Manufacturing clients and we make an average of 40 permanent placements per year, mainly across Quality Assurance, Product Development and Operations.

Although Nick is still heavily involved in Food Manufacturing and works very closely with Natasha, Natasha Donaghy today heads up our division.

Natasha joined OR in 2023 and came with over 10 years recruitment experience. Since landing with us, Natasha has fully immersed herself into the industry and has quickly earned herself a reputation as the go to consultant in the market. Natasha is regularly involved with FIAQ events and her only responsibilty is recruiting to the Food industry. This means, all day long, everyday, everyweek, every month, every year, Natasha is speaking to Food people, both candidates and clients alike. Ontop of this OR has been building our Food Manufacturing databases since 2013, and we have no doubt spent in excess of $1.3M in advertising over the last decade or so.
