Development professionals design, create, test and document software systems and applications in accordance with agreed development and security standards and processes. Development leads oversee and report on the delivery of software and development projects. They are responsible for the identification and management of resources required for project delivery. Development Leads play a key role in managing stakeholder relationships to drive the implementation of projects at the operational level.
Responsibilities:
• influence as a management stakeholder to long-living, maintainable, highquality software components
• anticipate business needs and offer solutions that align across business area
• oversee and report on the entire process from initial design, through implementation, testing and ongoing maintenance, and final deliverables of projects and activities
• oversee and report on the analysis of technical requirements, to support project evaluation • ensure compliance with endorsed software development methodologies
• lead and coordinate the resolution of ICT issues
• champion a positive risk management culture
• negotiate, engage, and manage stakeholder relationships and partner with other agencies and service providers to build service delivery capability
• manage business and strategic workforce planning, and drive the development of local strategies to improve key performance measures
• influence senior executive decision making through report briefings
• manage business objectives, establish, and implement strategic priorities to achieve outcomes
• oversee the development and delivery of projects within the assigned area of responsibility.
Experience:
• Strong experience in SAP S/4 HANA, specifically in module configuration & integration.
• Proven track record in managing large scale SAP Implementations, both Onpremise & cloud.
• Knowledge of data volumes, scalability and archiving strategies within SAP environments.
• Experience with security roles and role collection in SAP
• Understanding of different migration strategies from SAP CRM to S/4 HANA
