Enviroinmental Health Officer - Inspection Project

Description:
Osborne Richardson lead the way in the Environmental Health fields in Australia and right across the world. Hot on the heels of 25 years undertaking Environmental Health Inspection Projects in the UK, Osborne Richardson are now rolling out these amazing projects for Australian EHOs and Local Government.
This project will be based in Northern Sydney, running for approximately 12 weeks, covering some 200 medium-risk food business inspections. We are seeking experienced EHOs who are interested in a different way of working, where all the noise is cut out and the inspections are the key focus. In this respect, you will be able to avail of the following:
1. Instead of hourly pay rates, you will be paid a very generous fixed amount for every inspection you undertake. This sum is a substantially higher rate than for standard EHO contract roles.
2. Flexible working arrangements, where you can inspect premises at any time they are open to the public, be it weekends, early morning, evenings, etc. This opens projects up to EHOs in full-time roles in other Councils.
3. Control of your own days, where inspections are scheduled to fit your own timetable and availability. This means you don't have to work standard business hours or full days every day. As long as we are on track to meet the project schedule, there will never be an issue.
The basis of this Inspection Project will be medium-risk Food Businesses, so we will require strong experience in undertaking these inspections as upskilling is just not possible for this format of work. Start for this project is ASAP so don't delay in hitting the send button on that application!!
