Position Objective
? Enhance organisation, leadership, and individual capability by supporting the development and
delivery of learning and development programs.
? Liaise with relevant stakeholders to support the identification, design, and implementation
People & Capability related employee lifecycle initiatives
? Undertake the evaluation of program performance to identify opportunities to increase quality,
capability building and impact

Qualifications and Experience
• Degree or diploma course with several years of subsequent relevant experience or lesser
formal qualification with extensive relevant experience in organisational development and/or
organisational behaviour.
• Demonstrated experience in business partnering/consultancy to work collaboratively with a
range of stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
• Experience in the use of diagnostic instruments including 360 assessments
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools (desirable)
• Experience in change, culture building and team development
