Description:
Our client is a leader in the resource provision field. They are seeking a Property Workplace Program Manager for a contract role based in Parramatta.

This role is responsible for the implementation of the Workplace Strategy to deliver a commercially achievable workplace portfolio which is fit for purpose, supporting a productive, diverse, and inclusive workplace experience.

You will create an equitable workplace environment, design guidelines and specifications, and utilisation in their buildings, working closely with the Thrive, Business Connect (Tenancy), Customer Delivery, Security and
Digital teams.

The position will provide leadership (up to 5 direct reports), workplace program direction, prioritisation of building uplift, in partnership with internal operational stakeholders and business partners to maximise property utilisation. It includes leadership responsibility to share best practice property asset management techniques which can be leveraged across the portfolio.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Relevant degree qualification (management, business, engineering) or experience deemed equivalent
Expert knowledge of relevant legislative and compliance requirements (such as Work Health and
Safety and National Building Code of Construction)
Appropriate asset management qualifications leading to membership of relevant industry groups such
as Facilities Management Association, Asset Management Council, Project Management Institute or
similar
Strong experience working in facilities, land and/or property asset management.
Demonstrated skills in Property, Facilities, Contract, Stakeholder management experience, knowledge, and
expertise.
Experience in managing the delivery of multi-disciplinary maintenance and asset management programs and project delivery.
Experience in managing various forms of commercial arrangements, dealing with local and other government authorities to drive ‘value for money’ outcomes.

This role will commence as soon as possible and run for a minimum of 6 months with extensions likely.
